Clients must understand that there is no prior agreement to any bookings being confirmed until a deposit payment is made, only then can your booking be secured.

Clients must also understand that we frequently have several clients who enquire about the same date/time and priority is given to those who have emailed first.

All clients must read and agree to the terms and conditions before any booking is confirmed.

All bookings are fully secured once a deposit payment is made, and deposits are non-refundable non-transferable.

Clients are given 24 hours to make the deposit payment, failure to do so will result in their booking not being secured, and the booking slot may be handed over to another client looking to book.

Quotes for prices will only be honoured if it was confirmed via text or email.

If a mistake was made in pricing when providing a quote to a client, we will always correct and immediately inform clients, they will then need to pay the correct amount upon booking.

If you are a Bride attempting to book ‘Party Makeup’ I do not take these bookings on. Full payment needs to be paid night before booking via bank transfer, or before makeup begins.

If you decide to cancel your booking your deposit will not be refundable.

In the ulikely event that I am unable to attend the booking due to illness or emergency you will be contacted immediately and I will always do my upmost to try and get cover from other reputable makeup artists.
